Her sire, SH Lakota, won the 2010 Egyptian Event class for World Class Stallions 8-9 year olds and she has proven to be a credit to this breeding line. The older she gets the more refined and absolutely stunning she becomes!
She is like a fine porcelain China doll! Delicate short head, tiny teacup muzzle, short tippy ears, nicely set on and shapely neck. A proportional body with very good length of leg. She carries a high tail and has wonderful movement. Her loving kind personality makes her a joy to be around and handle. Shakirah was evaluated by Liz Salmon as a "very typey filly".
Her pedigree is packed with the genetic power of some of the world's finest Egyptian bloodlines. She will be a highly prized breeding mare and a foundation for any breeding program. Of course, this is not to mention that she has all the qualities of an incredible show mare.
